Made with 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, the CSA-certified drawer includes 5 removable stainless steel buffet pans with lids. The variable temperature control knob, power switch, and indicator lights on the control panel, along with two internal vents, allow for temperature and humidity control. This 120 volt unit comes with four 1.7 liter buffet pans with lids and one 3.9 liter buffet pan with lid.
