For orders exceeding $400, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure your items reach you securely. We encourage you to track your order using the provided tracking information to have a clear understanding of the delivery date and time. This way, you can ensure you're available to sign for your package upon its arrival.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping:

Larger items and orders are dispatched via freight shipping, which involves a more intricate process than standard small parcel deliveries. It's crucial to be well-prepared and understand your responsibilities well ahead of delivery day to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Most freight shipments are transported on a pallet to safeguard your items during transit.

For Scheduled Delivery Appointments:

  • Carriers arranging delivery appointments will require your presence at home to sign for the delivery. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck equipped with lift gate services, and the shipment is typically left at the curb.
