If you’re purchasing a Lion Natural Gas Grill, this Natural Gas Hose Kit is required for proper installation—Lion NG grills do not ship with a hose. This kit includes a 1/2″ stainless steel flex gas line, chrome-plated key valve, and the proper adapter to connect directly to your grill’s regulator. Designed for outdoor use in vented fire features and BBQ islands.

This kit is designed to connect to a 1/2″ gas stub-out. If your gas supply line is a different size (e.g., 3/4″), you will need an additional reducer or adapter to complete the connection.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
For LTL freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule. If you miss this appointment, a redelivery fee may apply. For small parcels requiring signature (over $400), a notice will be left to reschedule.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Refuse the delivery if damage is major. If damage is minor/concealed, note it on the receipt, accept the delivery, and contact us immediately with photos.

Contact us immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse, address changes may not be possible or may incur carrier re-routing fees.
How do you handle remote areas?
Remote locations (mountains, islands, limited access roads) may require extra time or fees. The carrier will notify you if this applies.
