Quote Policy

Standard quotes are typically valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. If a manufacturer increases pricing after your quote is given but before you finalize the order, we must update your quote accordingly. A sales representative will follow up with you on any changes.

Shipping & Returns

Small Parcel Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping: Orders over $60 receive free shipping on small parcel items within the contiguous U.S. Typically, these orders ship within 1-2 business days, with transit times of 3-7 days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Shipping Limitations: We do not currently ship small parcel items to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Expedited shipping for small parcel items is also unavailable at this time.

30-Day Return Policy (Small Parcel): You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Unless we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item sent), return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds generally process in 3-5 business days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items: For size/color exchanges, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired variant. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately, and we’ll provide a replacement at no cost to you.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight Shipping

Large items (e.g., grills, multi-piece furniture sets) often require freight shipping:

  • Pallet Shipping: Bulky products are palletized to ensure safe transit.
  • Curbside Delivery: The freight driver leaves the pallet at your curb. If needed, have extra help to move or assemble your items.
  • Delivery Appointments: Some carriers schedule a window for delivery, while others provide only an estimated date. Ensure we have a valid phone number to coordinate.
  • Inspection & Damage: Carefully inspect your shipment. You have 5 calendar days to report damage to 951.977.8222. If multiple items are damaged, you can refuse the entire delivery.
  • Remote or Challenging Areas: Difficult-to-access locations (e.g., narrow roads, unestablished areas) may incur extra fees. If you suspect delivery challenges, notify us at purchase.
  • No In-Home Setup: Delivery does not include in-home placement or setup. Additional services may be offered by the carrier for an extra fee, subject to availability.
